Our Practitioners

Meet our functional medicine certified practitioners.

Anna Grace

FMA-CP, BSN-RN

Anna Grace’s path to functional medicine was forged through both elite academia and personal survival. With a background in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, and a BS in Nursing, she spent years researching the complex links between the brain and body.

After a personal battle with life-threatening mold toxicity and sepsis, Anna Grace experienced firsthand the limitations of the conventional care model and witnessed the transformative power of functional medicine and the root-cause approach to healing.

Today, as a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner, Anna Grace adopts a bio-individual approach to health. She uniquely combines her deep expertise in neuroscience and background in clinical nursing with specialized certifications in Functional Medicine, detox dynamics, and lab chemistry. By analyzing the impact of environmental imbalances—from diet to lifestyle to unnecessary medication—on systemic inflammation and chronic illness, she helps clients get to the root cause of their symptoms. Anna Grace doesn't just manage symptoms; she provides the science-backed, personalized tools her clients need to finally heal and reclaim their lives.

Kecia

IIN Health Coach, FMA-CC

They say that age is a number, but for Kecia, it’s a testament to the power of the root cause. "I feel more vibrant, energized, and resilient at 60 than I did at 40." But getting there wasn’t a straight line—it was a path shaped by a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis, the sudden impact of forced menopause, and navigating complex family health crises.

Those experiences taught her a vital truth: true healing happens at the intersection of cutting-edge science and integrative healthcare.

As a health coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), Kecia bridges the gap between conventional medicine and evidence-based alternative methods. "I don’t believe in "either/or"; I believe in "whatever works to find the root cause."

Her approach is deeply rooted in functional nutrition, brain health, and hormonal optimization. By combining specialized training as a Menopause Certified Specialist and Brain Health Practitioner, she helps women navigate the complexities of mid-life health—not just to survive, but to thrive.
